Chester County PA Real Estate Market Trends for May 2017

Chester County PA single family homes saw pending sales increase by 12.4% in May 2017 when compared to May 2016. 663 homes sold in May with a median sales price of $333,000, a 5.71% increase from May 2016.  The average sales price increased by 4.8%, and homes were on the market 10 days less.
