Prior to Finding You a Home… I will…

During the Search for the Right Home…we will…

  1. Launch my detailed "Buyer Profile" action plan.
  2. Keep you informed of daily updates on newly listed properties that meet your buyer profile.
  3. Ensure that I am available to you for offers, questions, problems and details.

At the Time of Offer…we will…

  1. Review the offer to Purchase

  2. Explain all conditions and special clauses.

  3. Represent you in presenting the Offer.

  4. Present the offer and handle negotiations until we have an agreement.

When we have a Conditional Agreement…we will…

  1. Ensure that all documents are forwarded to the Financial Institution.
  2. Assist you in choosing a reputable and professional Home Inspector.
  3. Monitor that conditions are completed in a timely manner (inspections, mortgage financing, etc.)
  • Meet with you to discuss your needs and desires.
  • Highlight various neighborhoods to determine which ones are best suited to your needs.
  • Ask you to fill out my "Home Buyer Questionnaire", to assist us in defining your interests and needs.
  • Explain Buyer Brokerage and the Real Estate Agency Relationship.
  • Assist you in Pre-qualifying for Mortgage Purposes.
